No personally identifiable data is collected or stored by the Service unless you log in with Discord. If you do not log in (or do not authorize BS SCs to access your Discord account), no personal data is collected or stored.

• Discord Account Information: Your Discord user ID, username, avatar, banner, email address, and access token are collected via OAuth2 authentication to verify your identity and role within applicable Discord servers.
• Usage Data: Technical data, such as but not limited to, your IP address, browser type, and timestamps of your interactions with the Service may be collected and used for analytics and security purposes.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Authenticate your access to the Service and verify your Discord server role(s).
• Improve the Service through analytics and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure the security of the Service and prevent unauthorized access.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud-based database platform. We implement industry-standard security measures, including MFA and access controls, to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Discord and Supabase. These third parties may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies:

We will never share your personal information with any other third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

Your Rights

• Revoke Discord authentication, which will prevent further access to the Service and delete cached authentication data.

When requesting removal of your data, you must provide your Discord Username and User ID. The email request must also originate from the email address associated with the Discord account you wish to remove. Failure to follow these instructions will result in your request being ignored. We will process your request within 30 days of receipt.
